At Maison Almare, every piece is selected with intention. We stand behind the quality of what we offer. If something is not right, we will make it right — within the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase through our website or any authorized channel, you agree to this policy in full.
Return Window
Eligibility
14-day return period Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for return or refund, without exception. To initiate a return, contact returns@maisonalmare.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship items back without prior written authorization.
What qualifies for return

Exchanges
Store credit & exchanges We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, initiate a return for the eligible item and place a new order separately. Where applicable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Refund process

Request & authorization Email: returns@maisonalmare.com within the 14-day window. We respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the item: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend tracked shipping — Maison Almare is not liable for items lost in transit.

Inspection Once received, items are inspected within 3–5 business days. If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Refund issued Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or lost in transit
Arrival damage & shipping issues If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be honored. For orders lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to file a claim. Maison Almare is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier once shipment has been dispatched.
